In the beginning of 2023, we launched the IC1.1 Insert Computer, a small footprint full analog, computer controlled mastering-console. Now it’s time to reveal its bigger brother, the IC2.1 Insert Computer.
Our brand-new IC2.1 Insert Computer integrates our well-known and proven analog circuitry with a computer-interface to take it to the next level. The IC2.1 can be controlled using the intuitive and classy front-panel, as well as through the use of a VST3/AU plugin, which allows you to save, recall and automate all settings. With the built-in Ethernet interface, you can easily connect the IC2.1 to your existing network. The IC2.1 provides two stereo inputs and two stereo outputs, along with 9 stereo analog inserts. By using sealed relays, all inserts are fully passive, with no colouring of electronic switching.
The IC2.1 has bypassable active gain on the input and separate active gains for the 2 outputs. Additionally, the output gains can be used as a bypass gain compensation for level-matched AB’ing when inserts are bypassed. Insert 3 can be used in blend mode with our renowned and praised separate dry/wet controls. You can also make use of mid/side processing on insert 5 and 6 with dedicated mute buttons for mid and side and bypassable width control. Control's encoder values and the programmable insert name are displayed on an easy-to-read display.
