IC1.1 Insert Computer user section

Welcome to the IC1.1 user-section. On this page you can download the latest version of plugins and manuals.

NOTE:
At this moment we don't have an installer for the plugins. The plugin files need to be placed in the appropriate folder by hand. Below you will find some instructions on how to do that. This will be updated soon with a proper installer.

MacOS VST3 installation
  1. Download the VST3 plugin for MacOS and unzip in a temporary folder
  2. Right-click the finder icon in the Dock, and select "Go to Folder..."
  3. Enter ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 and press enter
  4. Place/drag the DutchAudio.vst3 in that folder.
  5. Restart your DAW to have it re-scan the plug-ins.
Windows VST3 installation
  1. Download the VST3 plugin for Windows and unzip in a temporary folder
  2. Go to windows exporer and go to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\ or search for VST3 in case you can't find this folder.
  3. Add new folder named: dutchaudio
  4. copy/paste or drag the DutchAudio.vst3 in that folder.
  5. Restart your DAW to have it re-scan the plug-ins.
  6. Click 'allow acces' once in the windows firewall pop-up to give the plugin acces to your network.
Firmware updates

The IC1.1 firmware can be easily updated over the internet using the VST3 plugin. Click anywhere in the white frontpanel in the plugin to open the firmware update dialog.

When there is new firmware avaialable this screen will appear.

Click update and the IC1.1 firmware will start updating. The screen will look something like this.

It’s possible that a multistage update is needed. In that case the unit will reboot multiple times and continue the updates by itself.

DON’T INTERRUPT the update process.

After all updates are done, the IC1.1 will reboot and will revert back to its previous state and the plugin will show 'update complete'. It’s good practice to re-open the plugin after a firmware update has finished.

  • Latest Firmware build: Version 1.0001 stable
  • Latest Plugin Build: 0.7.8
